With the release of Man of Steel looming around the corner, it’s about the time that comic fans new and old are turning around to find the best of the best when it comes to Superman stories. Which comics should the new fans read? What stories have old fans overlooked? What stories should they revisit?

Sam’s computer is on the fritz this week, so I’m stepping in to lead us all in our weekly ritual, wherein Sam (sjhawkins), Ryley (ryley-stbatman) and I discuss our five most anticipated comics of the week, and then open the floor to you guys to tell us what you’re looking forward to most!

This week sees the culmination of Geoff Johns’ nine year run on Green Lantern, as Wrath of the First Lantern concludes, leading to creative changes across the board on the Lantern titles.
